Established in 2017 by Chef Megan Marlow, Citizen Mustard was an upscale, plant-based dining experience in Los Angeles, CA.
Appearing at a unique address each time, Citizen Mustard was luxury dining for the adventurous. With a rotating menu that enticed both plant-proficient and plant-curious patrons, extraordinary locations were turned into elegant dining experiences.
No animal products were used in the production of Citizen Mustard and a portion of all proceeds were donated to rotating charities.
